Bookings

• All bookings are subject to availability
• Confirmation is valid only after official approval from Sapna Retreat

Check-in & Check-out

• Check-in: 12:00 PM
• Check-out: 11:00 AM

Payments & Cancellations

• Advance payment may be required
• Late cancellations or no-shows may incur charges

Guest Conduct

Guests must respect the property, nature, staff, and fellow guests. Misconduct may lead to immediate eviction without refund.

Liability

Sapna Retreat is not responsible for loss or damage to personal belongings or delays caused by weather or natural events.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Jurisdiction lies in Chikmagalur, Karnataka.
